Susan Ison, Executive Director
Susan has been a co-director and then the executive director since 1993. She loves children and believes that their health and safety is critical to the healthy and safety of the entire community.

Olga Contreras, Office Manager
Olga has been with Helping Hands since 1995. She was born in Columbia and has been in the U.S. for 12 years. She is always available to help anyone who has a question about the CACFP!

Evelyn Lopez, Receptionist
She is the first voice heard when calling in. She loves children and will help you in any way she can!

Melissa Reynosa, Monitor
Melissa is the mother of a three, and has been working at Helping Hands since 2004. She loves children and will help providers all she can!

Ayda Posso, Monitor
Ayda is a veteran monitor. There isn’t much about day care and the food program she doesn’t know! She’s a great resource for questions.

Lien is our linguistics specialist. She speaks English, Vietnamese, French and is learning Spanish. She is amazingly organized and helps her providers understand and follow all the regs!
